Employer FAQ's

Internal:  when applicants complete the application you are able to see this in your dashboard on CNA Job connect External URL:  you can direct applicants to your application that you are currently using Email:  the application will go directly to the email that you have registered
To be able to view the numerous candidates and what type of jobs they are most interested in you need to purchase a CV package.  Contact us if you need help or have questions
You are able to post a job but it will not be on the website for potential employees to view until it has been approved and you have purchased a job package.

CNA or Med Aide Questions

Only employers who have purchased a subscription are able to view candidates on the website.  However you can log in to CNA job connect and view your profile under your dashboard to see what employers are able to view.
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to make any edits to your uploaded document once you have submitted your application. However, we can upload a new updated attachment (resume/cover letter as one file) and delete the outdated version, but it’s not guaranteed the hiring team will be able to see the update if the recruitment is already in progress.
